Our student-athletes work hard, and EJSD and their families are extremely proud of their accomplishments.
However, individuals and groups have been promoting their own personal businesses and making profits from East Jasper trademarks and events, especially regarding athletics. This represents trademark infringement.
The HHS/HJHS athletic programs that support our students NEVER RECEIVE ONE DIME from these items being sold. The sellers keep all the profits.
Therefore, please be aware that the production, marketing, and sale of shirts, hoodies, hats, and any other Oiler/Brave/EJSD paraphernalia related to athletics or any other school events by entities unauthorized by East Jasper School District is illegal.
Our scholars deserve more. Our scholar-athletes deserve more. Let us both celebrate and support them—the RIGHT WAY.
